Yogart was held at FUN Yoga Wauchope once again during the school holidays. Children played fun yoga games, team building yoga and participated in water colour and pastel painting activities. Children chose to draw anything from a Gecko to a flower. Children assisted in making home-made pizzas with fresh salad and hommus. The day ended with a little chanting and meditation.
Yogart is a combination of Yoga, Art and Cooking, a program developed by Fiona Scope and taught with Jenny Eggert at the Wauchope Fun Yoga Studio.
